The TESYEV Foundation provides scholarship support to students with disabilities who are in need of financial assistance and are pursuing formal education (Associate Degree, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate) in faculties, institutes, vocational schools, conservatories, or vocational high schools within state universities. This support is granted provided the students meet the application and selection criteria specified in the relevant Regulation.
